We provide free of charge visa support for our clients.
Invitations: we will send the original invitation to you by fax or by express mail (extra charge) to any country in the world or deliver it to your office for free (in Moscow). Requirements For Foreign Citizens To Travel to Russia
- Passport must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay.
- Tickets and documents for return or onward travel.
- Russian visa is required.
- Vaccination - none required.
Tourist Visa Support
In order to provide you with our visa support documents we need the following information:
- Full name (as appears in your passport)
- Your valid passport # and its expiry date
- Date of birth
- Nationality (citizenship)
- Dates of your travel
- The city where you intend to apply for Russian visa
- The fax # to where your visa support documents should be sent
Invitation and voucher would be prepared same or next working day and sent to you by fax to any country in the world.
To obtain your visa, hand in the invitation and voucher to the Russian Embassy.
All Russian Visas should be registered upon arrival to the Russian Federation.
According to Russian law, your Russian visa must be registered within 72 hours upon your arrival (excluding weekends and official holidays).
- If you are staying at a hotel, the hotel will register your visa. You will be asked of your visa and passport.
- If your final destination is not Moscow or St. Petersburg and you are not staying at a hotel, you will need to register your visa at a local Office of Visa Registration (OVIR). We will provide you with an official letter requesting OVIR officials to register your visa promptly.
Please note that not registering your Russian visa may lead to serious problems: detention by police, fines on departure etc. We strongly recommend you to register your Russian visa in order to avoid possible inconveniences.
